Robert Floyd McNutt, Sr.
Decatur A funeral service for Robert Floyd McNutt, Sr., 57, was held Saturday, November 2, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro Michael Gunter officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Nelson Family Cemetery.
Mr. McNutt died on Monday, October 28, 2024, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born September 17, 1967, in Morgan County to Robert Lee McNutt and Ruby Ann Goodwin McNutt, who preceded him in death. Mr. McNutt was born and raised in the Priceville and Hartselle areas of Alabama. He loved his family and children with all his heart. He enjoyed Auburn football and served with the U.S. National Guard. He was a phlebotomist and had worked in a plant. Survivors include his sons, Robert Floyd McNutt, Jr. and Zach Menley; daughter, Madison Leeann McNutt; brother, Timothy Roy McNutt; and ex-wife, Melissa McNutt. Pallbearers will be Thomas Wayne McNutt, James Walter England, William Edward England, Bruce Kelley Powers and Chase Chaney.
