Karen Guess

Funeral service for Karen Guess, 70, will be Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Bethel Baptist Church with Bro. Robert Decker officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Hartselle City Cemetery.

Mrs. Guess died on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at Diversicare Nursing Home. She was born January 15, 1954, in Georgia, to Elmer Sanders and Mary Hightower Sanders. She was a homemaker for her family, a loving mother and grandmother, and enjoyed time with her grandkids. She was also a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Guess; parents, Elmer and Mary Sanders; granddaughter, Claire Guess; and brother, Bill Sanders.

Survivors include her sons, Dale Guess (Tabitha) and Brian Guess; brother, Charles Sanders (Leann); and grandchildren, Jaxson Guess and Bella Guess. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
