Hawks get road win over St. John Paul II

The Danville Hawks closed out their non-region sched-ule with a 45-20 win on the road at St. John Paul II last Friday.
Colby Reed finished with a career-high 170 yards rushing and three touchdowns on 15 carries to lead the Hawks offense. Jace Glenn ran six times for 33 yards and two touchdowns, while passing for 175 yards on nine com-pletions.
Christian Rodriguez and Cody Barber each added a touchdown.
Matthew Tidwell finished with a team-high 14 tackles, while Cole Flowers had nine tackles.
Danville (3-6, 1-6) will close the season by hosting playoffbound Central (6-2, 5-2) on Friday.
