Austin Lee Cullars
Huntsville Austin Lee Cullars, 27, of Huntsville, was born April 24, 1997, and passed away on Friday, October 25, 2024. Funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Scott Steelman officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in the Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery in Falkville.
Austin loved playing ice hockey and lacrosse and was a skilled goalie. He was remembered as kind, loving, spiritual, intelligent, and athletic.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Everly; fiancée, Courtney Estes; father, George Cullars; grandmother, Raney Vice; and special uncle, Bill Nelson.
Survivors include his parents, Jennifer and Damon Simpson; brother, DeMario Cullars; grandparents, Charles Vice, Joe Cullars, and Geanette and Willie Porter; aunts, Wilsolene Cadman (Tim), Sheree Brundage, Carol Adkins (William), and Sylvia Cooper; special aunt, Dee Nelson; uncle, Bobby Mayes; and several cousins. His best buddies, Delilah and Angel, and pallbearers Tim Cadman, Zachary Cole, Fred Rice, DeMario Cullars, Chris Bullington, Jacob Bartlett, and Eric Harrison will honor him.
