Falkville Funeral service for Paul Gene Hill, 78, will be Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tim Kinney and Pastor Aaron Dawson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Eva Cemetery. Mr. Hill died on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born June 7, 1946, in Morgan County to Gilbert Hill and Irene Alford. He was employed by the Morgan County Sheriff ‘s Department for 25 years as a Deputy prior to his retirement. He was a member of Life Point Church in Eva. He was a Veteran and served in the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Margie Anderson and Eulene Hutchins; and two brothers, Carl Hill and David Hill. Survivors include his wife, Delores Cagle Hill; brother, Joe Hill; sisters, Sandra Roberts (Billy) and Willodean Stevens; and his beloved dog, B.J. Pallbearers will be Billy Roberts, Scott Lanier, Jeremy Cox, Seth Cox, Matthew Dawson, and William Dawson.
