Joy Wiley Chunn

Decatur Funeral service for Joy Wiley Chunn, 87, was held October 18, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Joey Smithson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Cedar Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, October 18, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home. Mrs. Chunn passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at Summerford Health and Rehab. She was born November 7, 1936, in Morgan County, to Billo Wiley and Lucille Smith Wiley. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church, and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, who enjoyed spending time with her granddaughters. She also loved gardening and shopping.

Preceding her in death were her husband: Howard Dixon Chunn, her daughters; Marisa Chunn and Allison Littrell, her parents and three sisters: Ruby Murphy, Ruth Hicks and Betty Maddox. Survivors include Granddaughters – Lucy Litrell Carlisle (Colton) Mamie Littrell Baker (Jack) Son-in-law William Littrell Brother – Jerald Wiley numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Pallbearers will be Colton Carlisle, Jack Baker, Donald Wiley, William Littrell, Cade Wiley, and Mark Littrell.
