Ivy Koditek

Falkville Funeral services for Ivy Koditek, 102, will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Aaron Dawson and Bro. Kenneth Terry officiating. Burial will follow at Bellview Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Koditek passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at Summerford Nursing Home. Born on September 17, 1922, in Lawrence County, to Ben and Gertrude McNutt Lentz, she was a devoted homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Koditek; her parents; three brothers; and four sisters. She is survived by her son, Mark Koditek (Angie); her daughter, Marlene Koditek; grandchildren, Kimberly Vickery (Robert), Allyson Watts (Tim), Scott Koditek, Marcus Koditek, and Benjamin Hatfield (Miski); greatgrandchildren, Robert Fricks, Rose Vickery, William Hatfield, and Stephanie Hatfield; and her niece, Norma Lentz. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
