Crestline Elementary School ribbon cutting set for Oct. 20
Hartselle City Schools will celebrate its newest facility, Crestline Elementary School, with a ribbon cutting and open house Oct. 20 from 2-3:30 p.m.
The new school, which opened May 8, has room for 1,000 students. The 105,000-square-foot building was a $42 million dollar project completed by Bailey-Harris Construction. It features room to grow with 65 classrooms, a centralized pre-K program which consolidated the past programs at Barkley Bridge Elementary and F.E. Burleson Elementary, a larger sensory room and a storm shelter.
The event Oct. 20 will offer the community at large a chance to explore the new campus.
The school is located at 800 Crestline Dr.
