Robin L. ‘Doc’ Freeman

Hartselle Funeral service for Robin L. “Doc” Freeman, 77, will be held at Peck Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at 6:00 PM, with Bro. David Hadley officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Freeman passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born March 21, 1947, in the Antioch Community in Cullman County, to Oscar W. Freeman and Maybell Brown Freeman. Mr. Freeman served in the United States Army and retired as an electrician from Monsanto/ Solutia after 32 years. He and Carol were married for 56 years. Doc loved being on the lake and cherished spending time with his grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Carol Freeman; son, John Freeman (Hope); daughter, Jeannie Freeman; brothers, Kenneth Freeman and Bobby Freeman; sisters, Ester Ivey, Fay Harper, and Jannie Hadley; grandson, Hunter Freeman; and great-grandson, Owen Freeman.
