Larry Miller

Somerville Mr. Larry Miller passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at his residence. He was born March 20, 1946, in Mississippi, to R.V. Miller and Juanita Opal Eckhoff Miller. He was employed by Fyffe Construction Company as a Superintendent of Construction before retiring. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving four years in Vietnam. Larry had a tremendous amount of courage, love, and laughter, and he was known for his top-notch personality. He loved traveling, deep sea fishing, golfing, and NASCAR. Preceding him in death were his parents; his brother, Donald D. Miller; and two half-sisters, Patricia Goodwin Olson and Marsha Goodwin.

Survivors include his sons, Chris Miller, Jamey Waits, and Jim Teal; brothers, Jerry Miller (Vicky) and Robert Miller (LaVeeta); five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at Life Church, led by his family.
