Prep football picks for week five
For the Enquirer
Most local teams that are not on a bye week, including Danville, Decatur Heritage, Priceville and West Morgan, will play non-region games this week. Hartselle will host Woodlawn on Thursday night, and then on Friday, we will see Cullman at Brewer, Colbert Heights at Falkville, Lee at Decatur, and Austin at Florence. With four teams off, we have added some of the best non-region matchups around the state.
The prep football picks return for a second season during the high school football season. Hartselle Enquirer’s sportswriter Russell Frye, along with Dakota Stewart and Priceville Bulldogs sports guru John Keahy, return for year number two. Decatur’s Nick Belovsky joins the picks team this season.
