Prep football picks for week three

Week three has teams venturing further into region play while two teams, Priceville and West Morgan, meet to renew a rivalry. Hartselle opens region play at Columbia, while Falkville hosts Coosa Christian, runners-up in 1A last season. Brewer gets rival Arab at home, looking to rebound from last week’s loss to 5A no. 1 Guntersville. Danville and Decatur face difficult tests coming off blowout losses.
The prep football picks return for a second season during the high school football season. Hartselle Enquirer sportswriter Russell Frye, along with Dakota Stewart and Priceville Bulldogs sports guru John Keahy, return for year number two. Decatur’s Nick Belovsky joins the picks team this season.
