Decatur Funeral service for LoRayne Napier Howard, 76, will be Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at 1:30 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. John White officiating, T.J. Jones will say a few personal words and Peck Funeral Flome directing. Burial will be in Pisgah Cemetery.
Mrs. Howard passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2024, at Hospice Family Care.
She was bom July 7, 1948, in Belo, West Virginia, to Jess Willand Napier and Winnie Adams Napier.
She was a homemaker, and she attended Decatur Christian Fellowship Church.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Dwaine Hendrix Howard; her parents, her sister, April Webb; and sister-in-law, Willene Curbow. Survivors include her closest confidants, Denise Sisulak (Ron) and Charles and Faye Waugh, a brother-inlaw, Aveiy Howard (Betty), a sister-in-law, Clara Boyer several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Pallbearers will be nephews, Zac Jones, T.J. Jones, Jerry Waugh, A.J. Clapp, and Jameson Clapp.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the H.H. Hospice Family Care.
