Charles Ronald King

Hartselle Mr. Charles Ronald King died on Sunday, August 4, 2024, at his residence. He was bom January 12, 1946, in Morgan County, to Gilbert Eugene King and Maiy Eugie Ward King.

He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber. His wife, Linda Dian Hill King, his parents, two brothers, Bobby King and Gene King; and two sisters, Hilma Murphy and Ruth Burch, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his children, Glenn Gerstman (Regina), Jennifer King Maples (Bryan), Sherry Oliver (Bradley), Riley Aired Hokett, and Kelly Laine Smith; sisters, Nell Dobbins (Bobby), Betty Randolph and Shirley Howard; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren A private Celebration of life service will be held by his family at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to local veterans.
