Teryl Steele

Danville A Memorial service for Teryl Steele, 70, was held Monday, August 5, 2024, at 1:00 PM for his immediate family at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Kason Jeffreys officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Mr. Steele died on Friday, August 2, 2024, at his residence. He was born January 3, 1954, in Morgan County to William Dewey Steele and Ima Fay Hall Steele.

He was a loving father and grandfather, who enjoyed fishing and gardening. He was employed by Copeland as a lab technician, prior to his retirement. Preceding him in death were his parents, William Dewey Steele and Ima Fay Hall Steele and a brother, Troy Jack Steele.

Survivors include his daughter, Laresa Jeffreys (Kasey); brother, David Steele; and grandchildren, Kason Jeffreys, Karter Mae Jeffreys and Lynn Marie Jeffreys.
