Troy Jack Steel

Danville Funeral service for Troy Jack Steel, 67, will be Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Friendship Baptist Church, South of Danville with Bro. Paul Monk officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery, South of Danville.

Mr. Steel died on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born June 25, 1957, in Morgan County, to William Dewey Steel and Ima Fay Hall Steel, who preceded him in death.

He was employed as a truck driver, prior to his passing and was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a member of the Corinth First Congregational Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Pope Steel; son, William Steel (Katie); daughter, Megan Sapp (Jeremy); brothers, Teryl Steel and David Steel; grandchildren, Clara Steel, Jackson Sapp, Harbor Sapp, Wilder Sapp and Flint Smith.

Pallbearers will be Dan Evans, Jeremy Sapp, Flint Smith, Joey Wise, Riley Mardis and William Jack Steel.
