Danville Neel elementary announces kindergarten schedule
Danville Neel Ele mentary School Principal Tara Morrow, Assistant Principal Jill Jones Brown, and their staff extend a warm welcome to all kindergarten students and their parents. The kindergarten schedule will start with an Open House Aug. 5 at 4 p.m., where students and parents can meet the teacher. Orientation for students and at least one parent will be held Aug. 8 at 8:30 a.m. On Friday, Aug. 9, there will be a half-day for girls with dismissal at 11:30 a.m. A half-day for boys will follow Aug. 12, with dismissal at 11:30 a.m. There will be a half-day for all kindergarten students, with dismissal at 11:30 a.m. Aug. 13. Falkville elementary
Campus Cleanup to be held July 27
Falkville Elementary School will hold an outdoor campus cleanup on July 27, from 7 a.m until noon. Volunteers are needed to clean, pull weeds, trim bushes and trees, spread mulch, and pressure wash. Please bring gloves and garden tools to help with the Falkville Elementary School Campus Cleanup. All assistance is greatly appreciated!
Danville Middle welcomes new staff member
Danville Middle School is pleased to announce the addition of Mrs. Allison Shepard to their team. Shepard, who has more than 20 years of middle school teaching experience, will be teaching 5th grade for the 2024-25 school year. She resides in Danville with her husband and four children and enjoys camping, cooking, and spending time with her family. Mrs. Shepard is excited to join the educational team at Danville Middle School.
