Years after their breakup, Daisy is ready to sit down and tell the tale of the band getting together and break ing up. The tale starts with teenage Daisy trying to make it big on the music scene. She quickly gets involved in drugs and romantic flings. Years later, she finally gets noticed by a producer who pairs her with the already established rock band The Six. Thus, Daisy Jones and the Six is born. Howev er, the members become roman tically involved with one another and those feelings cause the band to fall apart.

This book by Taylor Jenkins Reid is a great fictional tale of the rock and roll music scene of the 1970s. The book can be found in the library and on the Libby app.
