Robert “Bob” Barr

Eva A graveside funeral service for Robert “Bob” Barr, 74, was held on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 3:00 PM at Mt Olive Baptist Church Cemetery in Union Grove, Alabama. Bro. Cody Landis will officiate, and Peck Funeral Home will direct the service. Mr. Barr passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at his residence. Born on August 15, 1949, in Tennessee, to Leon Barr and Winona Virginia Brigance Barr, he was the owner and operator of Barr Electronic Instruments until his passing. His parents preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Sheppard Barr; his son, Robert “Boomer” Barr; his daughter, Leslie Ann Sanders; and his sister, Enid Collie. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
