Linda Garrison
Hartselle Linda Garrison of Hartselle passed away on Friday, May 23, 2024, at the age of 76. A Celebration of Life service will be held June 1, 2024, at 2:00 PM at New Ground Baptist Church, officiated by Bro. Jamie McMinn and directed by Peck Funeral Home. Born on February 2, 1948, in Florida to Wesley Bryant Milford and Trecia Young Milford, Linda worked as an Account Specialist at Interstate Billing Service before retiring. She also dedicated five years to the Boys and Girls Club and later enjoyed substituting for Morgan County School System and Hartselle City Schools. Linda was a member of New Ground Baptist Church and an avid quilter. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and one sister.
Linda is survived by her husband Larry Dwight Garrison, daughters Lynn Garrison, Trecia Olais (Jerry), and Lisa Burns, four brothers, three sisters, six grandchildren, and eight greatgrandchildren. The family extends special thanks to Hospice of the Valley for their exceptional care and support. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley or the Gideon Bibles Outreach, as per the family’s request.
