Public buildings in Hartselle, Morgan courthouse to remain closed through Wednesday
All non-essential offices in the City of Hartselle will remain closed tomorrow due to low temperatures and hazardous road conditions, according to Mayor Randy Garrison.

This includes City Hall, William Bradford Huie Library, Sparkman Civic Center, the city landfill, Hartselle Police Department Criminal Investigations and HPD administration offices.
There will be no garbage, recycle brush or yard waste pickup tomorrow, Garrison continued.
City offices were closed Tuesday and trash pickup was postponed for the “safety of employees as well as those coming into city offices for business,” according to the City’s official Facebook page.
The Morgan County Courthouse and all county offices will remain closed as well according to communications director Michael Wetzel.
County Commission Chairman Ray Long added no residential garbage collection would be made on Wednesday either, Wetzel said.
