Holiday tournaments highlight boy’s schedule

Falkville 56, Clements 52

Falkville (8-10) closed out the Ardmore Christmas Tournament on Thursday with a 56-52 win over Clements. Dawson Fowler finished with a double-double, 20 points and 10 rebounds, to lead the Blue Devils. Cayden Butler added 12 points, while Eli Harris added 11 points.

Falkville 62, Ardmore 51

The Blue Devils defeated Ardmore 62-51 in the second round of the Ardmore Christmas Tournament. Logan Fowler scored 20 points to lead Falkville. Dawson Fowler added 17 points, while Harris and Butler added 10 points each.

Madison County 50, Falkville 48

Falkvilled opened the Ardmore Christmas Tournament with a 50-48 loss to Madison County on Wednesday. Dawson Fowler led Falkville with 17 points. Butler and Logan Fowler had eight points each, while Harris added seven points.

Danville 66, Elkmont 35

The Hawks, playing in place of Colbert County, defeated Elkmont 66-35 in the Helen Keller Hospital Bracey Invitational at Deshler High School. AJ Holladay scored a game-high 24 points to lead Danville. Mikah Boyd had 10 points, while Avery Muhammad scored eight points.

Tanner 62, Priceville 56

Priceville fell to Tanner 62-56 at the Calhoun Christmas Classic on Thursday. Sammy Holmes had 23 points, 12 rebounds and four assists to lead the Bulldogs. Luke Hood added 10 points, seven rebounds and seven assists, while Carter Barnett had eight points.

Brewer 75, North Jackson 36

Brewer (8-9) raced past North Jackson 75-36 on the second day of the Randolph Christmas Tournament.

Fairview 58, Brewer 48

The Patriots opened the Radolph Christmas Tournament with a 58-48 loss to Fairview on Wednesday. Jackson Dunn led Brewer with 14 points, while Cason Oden added 13 points.
