Priceville FBLA wins Chapter of Distinction

Priceville High School students in Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) recently traveled to Mobile.
This year’s PHS chapter received the Gold Seal Chapter award, Chapter of Distinction, March of Dimes plaque for raising more than $1,600, and the Outstanding Level of Blueprint for Success in addition to various ribbons.
Catherine McWhorter won the race for District 1 Vice President and will serve in this capacity as a FBLA state officer next school year. Four students advanced to nationals. Kendall Ledlow received first place in publication design, Catherine McWhorter received second place in E-business, Irish Garnett placed fourth in Business Ethics and Kaitlyn Murphy placed fourth in hospitality/event management.
