Morgan schools announce pre-k registration

The pre-registration for the 2023-24 academic year will be held Jan. 15-March 15. To be part of the random drawing, children must be four years old on Sept. 1, 2023 and a citizen of Alabama. Tuition will be charged based on the number in each household and income using the Department of Health and Human Services guidelines. A random drawing will be held at 9 a.m. March 24 and a virtial link will be made available. Priority will be given to in-district students. Falkville Fire and Rescue has active year
Falkville Fire and Rescue had active 2022, responding to a total of 904 calls, including EMS-551, 94 fire calls, 215 motor vehicle calls, six hazmat calls and 25 weather-related calls. The Falkville FFA chapter members recently assisted with the annual Cattlemen’s banquet, helping serve approximately 120 Morgan County Cattlemen’s Association members and guests.
