Senior Premier Exhibitor winners in the Youth Sheep Show at the Alabama National Fair Oct. 15 in Montgomery were, from left, Riley VanPelt of Cleburne County, grand champion; Ethan Tapscott of Cullman County, reserve champion; Sam Gullion of Morgan County, third place; Evan Roden of Cullman County, fourth place; and Madie Alldredge of Blount County; fifth place. Senior Premier Exhibitor is for exhibitors ages 16-19 and consists of showmanship, livestock evaluation and a written test. Alabama Farmers Federation and Alfa Insurance sponsored youth livestock events at the fair.
