Area students honored at Wallace State

More than 300 outstanding Wallace State Community College students were recognized for their achievements. 

Morgan County students were among those honored. 

“This is one of our favorite events as we get to celebrate the successes of our students by showcasing their accomplishments,” said Kristen Holmes, Interim Vice President for Students. “Our students are so talented and deserving of so many accolades. This afternoon is truly a special time to showcase these.” 

Among those who were honored were: 

Sean Perejda of Decatur; Caitlyn Robinson of Hartselle; and Lauren Davis of Valhermoso Springs; Caleb Sharpe of Falkville; Anita Jacobs of Somerville; Savannah McConnell of Falkville; Parker Voss of Decatur; Kele Nelson of Decatur; Cassie Stone of Decatur; Brock White of Hartselle; Weslie Beasley of Decatur; Jami-Lyn Brian of Hartselle; Lisa Cole of Falkville; Emily Crouch of Hartselle; Brylee Hollaway of Somerville; Alexander Hamilton of Falkville; Hudson Hardin of Hartselle; Lisa Markey of Hartselle; Sara McClellan of Hartselle; Hannah Watson of Hartselle; Olivia Estes of Somerville and Cutter Green of Falkville.
