Town of Eva to hold Memorial Day service May 30

Mayor Gary Livingston and the Town of Eva will host a Memorial Day Service May 30 beginning at 9 a.m. at Eva Veterans Park. Cliff Hatfield will play taps for the event.  Zeb Nelson and Keith Lovell who served in the U.S. Navy during WW11 will do the Laying of the Wreath. The special guest speaker will be Major Fred Roberts U.S. Army (Ret.) He will be speaking on God, Country and family. Everyone is welcome to attend the Memorial Day service in honor of American veterans. Congratulations to Danville Middle School 2022-23   Ambassadors Congratulations goes out this week to the Danville Midddle School 2022-2023 Ambassadors. They are announced as follows: (6th Grade)-Maggie Smith, Ryleigh Finch, Sadie McCollum, Anila Williams, Graysi Vest, Colton Penney, Lilly Slayton, Brileigh McJunkins, Kennedy Borden and Brayden Bass. (7th Grade)- Kinley Henderson, Blakely Randolph, Camryn Prater, Jada Weaver, Camden Riggs, Alyvia Eason, Anslie Vaughn and A. J. Williams. The Danville Middle School Awards Day recipients are, Mr. and Miss Hawk Ty Bailey and Adily Alberti and Mr. and Miss Danville Middle School , Jace Glenn and Anslea Henderson.
