Stay connected with Hartselle Parks & Rec

Residents of Hartselle can now stay up to date with the happenings of the Hartselle Parks and Recreation Department.

Parents can sign up their children online for any rec sport by going to hartselle.recdesk.com. They can also sign up for email or text alerts regarding park openings and closings, weather issues, pool passes, and more.

Besides signing up for email or text notifications, people can set up a family account that can be personalized based on personal preferences. Once an account is set up, balances for registration fees and pool passes can be paid for online.

“This new online service for Hartselle Parks and Rec is a gamechanger for this department,” said Hartselle Parks and Rec director Tom Chappell. “In the past, we always had issues with keeping people up to date, but this new service makes those issues a thing of the past.”

For more information about the Hartselle Parks and Rec department, go to hartselle.recdesk.com and find the department’s page on Facebook.
