Limestone Building Group hires new VP of operations

Special to the Enquirer

Limestone Building Group welcomes Jason Hennessee as the new vice president of operations.

In his new role, Hennessee will oversee the operations team that includes project management and project engineering for the Hartselle-based construction company.

“To say we are excited for Jason to join us is an understatement,” said Kerrick Whisenant, president. “Limestone Building Group remains dedicated to be a constructor of the highest quality and greatest detail toward serving the needs of our clients. The addition of Jason to our team is a huge step in continuing to meet that goal.

“Jason’s expertise will add depth and width to our organization, expanding our ability to serve our current clients better and continue to grow, bringing exceptional construction services to more of north Alabama.”

Hennessee brings more than 18 years of experience in general construction practices, estimating, project management and engineering. Whisenant said his strong background in successful project management combined with his civil, structural and mechanical experience are just some of the factors that make him an asset to the company.

“I have been blessed throughout my career to be given opportunities to learn and grow each day. I am elated for this chance to join Limestone, to build upon their success and to help lead them into the next phase,” said Hennessee. “I look forward to seeing our growth in the local communities.”
