Town of Falkville Activities

In memory of all our veterans, the Public Works Department placed a flag pole in the Falkville Cemetery. Special thanks go out this week to the Falkville VFW for donating the flag pole and the Cemetery Board for making this happen.

A monument is to arrive in the next few weeks that will be placed at the base of the flag pole honoring all veterans.

Special congratulations go out this week to the Falkville boys and girls track teams and Coach Jace Wilemon. The boys were the Morgan County runner-up, and the girls were the Morgan County champions.

Don’t forget everyone, that the Falkville Town-wide Yard Sale will be held April 30 through May 2. The sales will start at 7 a.m., and everyone is invited out to find a treasure and have a great time.
