Work on I-65S in Morgan County Monday

Motorists traveling south on I-65 near Exit 318 in Morgan County Monday should be prepared for delays or plan alternate routes according to the Alabama Department of Transportation.

“State crews will be doing bridge work on I-65 southbound just north of Lacon (Exit 318), south of Falkville from 9 a.m to 3 p.m. April 19,” ALDOT Public Information Officer Seth Burkett said in an email.  Motorists should be prepared to reduce speed, merge and expect delays or use alternate routes.”
