Peebles family invites all to holiday display

Special to the Enquirer

For one Hartselle family, the show must go on for the 2020 holiday season.

The Peebles are located on Barkley Bridge Road in Hartselle, approximately 2.5 miles from either end of the road, and they are boasting a special display for holiday enthusiasts to drive by and enjoy.

The display begins nightly at 5 p.m. and is lit until 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday at 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. It will remain up through Jan. 2.

When visiting our display, you may pull off the side of the road, but please be sure to leave your parking lights on and be aware of passing traffic,” the family asks. Please do not exit your vehicle. We are not responsible for any accidents.

The Peebles family reports the show is better for viewers if drivers turn off their headlights and use only parking lights as they check out the show.

Tune radios to 93.5 to hear accompanying music.

The Peebles family also advises the following:

Please be courteous to neighbors and other viewers.

Visitors may use the Peebles’ driveway to turn around but are asked not to use anyone else’s.

When making a donation, please pull into the Peebles’ driveway before exiting the vehicle to drop a donation in the box.

Please no littering.
