The annual Hartselle Veterans Day parade looked a little different this year because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, but folks still gathered at J.P. Cain Stadium Saturday to honor American’s veterans while practicing social distancing. Event organizer Lee Greene estimated nearly 500 people attended. “We were able to safely fill up the home stands,” he said. “There were far more people than I expected.” About 35 vehicles, including antique cars, jeeps and military vehicles, also participated.
