Baptist Church participates in Builders for Christ

Enon Baptist Church youth pastor Keith Eddy and the church’s youth group and college and career group participated in a mission trip last week. The members have served each year since 2011 during the second week of July with the organization Builders For Christ out of Acworth, Georgia.

Each year the Enon group, along with Summit Baptist of Acworth and several other BFC faithful, hang sheetrock in structures (normally churches) that other BFC teams have prepared prior to their arrival.

This year they were blessed with the opportunity to serve at Fostering Bulloch 7th Mile Farms in Statesboro, Georgia. This is a camp that will be ministering to foster kids and their foster families in the Bulloch County area.

The work group from Enon Baptist Church included Grayson Bogue, Ben Capps, Halle Eddy, Keith Eddy, Landon Freeman, Jordan Hall, Ginger Jones, Jaxon Maxwell, Jeremy McCormick, Keith McCormick, Matthew McCormick, Jordan Melson, Savannah Pelfrey, Jada Robinson, Sherry Stover, Bethanie Vest and Kensi Vest.

This is an amazing organization whose mission is to share Jesus with others!
