COACH NELSON’S THOUGHTS

I’m so proud of this team! Tonight, we won our third straight Area Championship. This is the first time in school history to get a three-peat! The team won our twentieth game tonight. Abigail Garrison played unbelievable tonight. She was such a force for us on both ends of the floor. It is special to be a part of this as a coach.

MILESTONE MOMENT

Early in the first quarter, Jenna Walker dished out her first assist of the game and the 700th for her career. She would finish with five in the game and currently stands at 704 for her career. She started the season at No. 25 in the AHSAA for career assists and now sits at No. 10.
