A Celebration of Life service for Olivia Ryan Entrekin, 97, was Sat., May 27, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ronnie Ryan and grandson, Mark Mantooth officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial was in Eva Cemetery.

Mrs. Entrekin died on Tues., May 23, 2017 at Whitesburg Gardens Health
Care Center. She was born Dec. 16, 1919, in Morgan County to Robert A. Ryan and Susie Ethel Livingston Ryan. She was an artist and china painter and taught art to others for many years. She was a homemaker and life-long member of Eva Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene O. Entrekin; her parents; two daughters, Bobby Gene Brown and Nancy Mantooth and her son, Charles Entrekin. Mrs. Entrekin was the last of seven children.

Family would like to express their heartfelt “Thank You” to Whitesburg Gardens Nursing Home staff and the Hospice Staff, all the nurses and aides for all the love and care shown to our mother.

Survivors include a son, John M. Entrekin; three daughters, Joe Carter (David), Lydia Smith(Roger) and Teresa Sardina; eighteen grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; eight great great-grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Wanda Entrekin and a son-in-law, Robbie Mantooth.

Pallbearers were grandsons.

Family requests that memorials be made to the St. Judes Hospital, where she
