On Sat., March 25, the Falkville class of 1952 ate breakfast at Libby’s. Ray and Betty Sanders, Howard and Helen Gibson, Franklin and Sue Harrison, Sarah Gaines and Shirley Cooper attended.

Ray Sanders celebrated his 84th birthday with family and friends at Logan’s on Sat., March 25. Attending were Ray and Betty Sanders, Keith, Kristie and Justin Huffsticle, John Sanders, Dustin Hill, Kaitlyn Porter, Susan Lamb, Nelson Sanders, Logan Shelton, Ryland Porter, J.L. and Ann Sanders, Don Sanders, Diane Ryan, Ann Russell and Linda Alford.

Father, thank you for all the miracles that I take for granted.

Whenever people had only one car in the family, the person who worked drove the car, leaving the other person without transportation. There was pick service for laundry and dry cleaning. The person that owned the cleaners would pick up the items and deliver them to you the following week. A woman from the country would come to town everyday to sell butter for ten cents. My mother would color real eggs for Easter and we would hide them all day.

History lesson: cuss word puzzles were invented in 1913.
