Howard Clifton Busbey

A private graveside service for Howard Clifton Busbey, 81, will be held at a later date.

Mr. Busbey died on Mon., April 3, 2017 at his residence. He was born Jan. 2, 1936, in Morgan County to Walter Edgar Busbey and Gracie Lee Smith Busbey. Mr. Busbey served in the United States Marine Corps. He attended Decatur High School, where he played in multiple sports. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church, was a loving husband and father and a man who loved his grandkids and great grandkids. He was employed by Aramark Services as a General Manager and retired after 40 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Patsy Busbey; a son, Howard Richard “Rick” Busbey (Beth); two daughters, Sandra Hicks and Heidi Hayes (Scotty); a brother, Kenneth Busbey (Vickie); seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
