A graveside memorial service for Jewell Robbins Sechler, 86, of Corner, will be held Sun., Feb. 12, at 2 p.m. at Good Hope Baptist Cemetery.

Mrs. Sechler died Sat., Feb. 4, 2017. She was a longtime member of Epworth United Methodist Church in Huntsville. She had an enduring love of life and traveling which allowed her to see and enjoy so much of the world during her lifetime. She was preceded in death by an infant son; her parents, Chester and Alma Robbins; and a brother, Chester Robbins.

Survivors include a daughter, Teresa Ann Tate-Callen (George); grandchildren, Kimberly Goodwin (Shannon) and Sheree Carlisle (Terrel); great grandchildren, Chase Goodwin (Amanda), Madison Carlisle, Ethan Goodwin and Briana and Karissa Carlisle; a sister, Georgia Stanley; several nieces and nephews; and her special pet, Butterscotch, who stayed right by her side.
