New Center News

As much as we think we are, we are not perfect. We have to be honest. We all have to deal with struggles and mistakes. In Romans 7, even Paul referred to himself as one of the worst sinners of all. We want to do good, but we just can’t seem to do it.

In verse 19, Paul tells us: For the good that I would I do not; but the evil which I would not, that I do. One familiar phase I hear often is “The devil made me do it” many times we even find ourselves reminding others of their sins. One thing that we can be assured of, is when God forgives our sins, he totally forgets them. They are cast in the deepest part of the sea, Micah 7:19. We don’t have to fear that God will remind us of them at any time.

God forgives us of our sins and we need to forgive others.
