Glenn Eubanks Sr.

Funeral for Glenn Eubanks Sr., 68, of Mount Hope was Wed., June 17, at 7 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Chris Wilson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Eubanks died Mon., June 15, 2015, at his residence. He was born May 26, 1947, in Morgan County to Herman Isaac Eubanks and Lucy Ann Sasser Eubanks. He was an Army veteran and traveled to several different places, however, grew up in Alabama. After retiring from the Army, he took up truck Driving and was a truck driver for Salem Carriers. He loved to fish and could have been a great comedian. He got to spend his last moments with the ones he loved most and who loved him the most. He will be greatly missed by all his loved ones. He was preceded in death by his parents; a granddaughter, Brookelenn Eubanks; and a grandson, James Thomas Eubanks.

He is survived by a son, Glenn Eubanks Jr. of Danville; a daughter, Glenda Eubanks of Decatur; two brothers, Lonnie Eubanks (Karen) of Somerville and Frank Davis (Beth) of Hartselle; three sisters, Celeste Harris of Mount Hope and Berta Ann Wilson (Pete) and Rita Hayes (Barry), both of Hartselle; four grandchildren, (Buddy) Daniel Corum, Nadia Sims, Alaysia Sims and Jermaine Johnson, Jr.
