Wallace, Drake exchange vows

Lauren Drake and Brandon Wallace were married Sept. 27, 2014, at Gabrella Manor in Birmingham with Chris Pressnel officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Bill Drake and Joanne Buffaloe. She graduated from Hartselle High School in 2007.

She is a graduate of Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical science and is in her last year at the UAB School of Dentistry, pursuing a doctor of medicine in dentistry degree.

Upon graduation, she plans to join her brother’s practice at Josh Drake DMD in Decatur.

The groom is the son of Roy and Jackie Wallace. He is a 2004 graduate of Hartselle High School and played baseball at UAB from 2006-2008.

He earned his masters of science in health administration  from UAB.

He is currently employed by Dragonfly Athletics as the director of sales.

The Matron of Honor was Kate Elmore. Maryanne Stumb, Kathryne Jensen, Caitlin Thompson, Whitley Collins and Melissa Moreland all served as bridesmaids.

The Best Man was Kameron Wallace while Martin Agnew, Matt Broom, Brian Ellis, Nathan Kimbrell and Dustin Hill all served as groomsmen.

The flower girl was  Brantley Drake and the ring bearer was Jack Drake

The couple now resides in Birmingham.
