Iwanna Ruth Sams Amrein

Funeral for Iwanna Ruth Sams Amrein, 53, of Falkville was Sun., Oct. 20, at 4 p.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with Clarence Harris officiating.

Burial was in Falkville City Cemetery.

Mrs. Amrein died Fri., Oct. 18, 2013, at Huntsville Hospital. She was born May 1, 1960, in Cullman to Robert Sterling Sams and Mildred Mae Vinson Sams. She was a member and song leader of Vinemont Christian Church. Mrs. Amrein was a former employee of First American Bank of Decatur and a current employee of Encore Rehabilitation. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by a son, Maxwell Sterling Amrein and wife Mellisa; two sisters, Betty Harris and husband Clarence and Linda Grisham and husband Gorman; and one grandchild, Maizee Marie Amrein.

Pallbearers were Ryan Grisham, Chase Grisham, John Henderson, Guy Holloway Jr., Paul Henderson and Jimmy Henderson.
