Leon ‘Bud’ Wynn

Funeral for Leon ‘Bud’ Wynn, 86, of Hartselle was Sun., Sept. 29, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tom Elder officiating.

Burial was in Oak Ridge Cemetery.

Mr. Wynn died Thurs., Sept. 26, 2013, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born July 20, 1927, in Morgan County to Earnest Richard Winn and Dezzie L. Woodall Wynn. He was retired from Continental Canning Company where he worked as an electrician. He was a member of several unions, a Mason for more than 50 years and a member of Oak Ridge United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Janie Wynn; two sons, Johnny L. Wynn and Danny Wynn; and a daughter, Claudie Dones.

He is survived by seven grandchildren, Jeff, Melissa, Paul, Danny, Sean, Renee and Michelle.
