Falkville’s Lady Blue Devils defeated three opponents and finished as the runner-up to Meek at the St Bernard Volleyball Tournament in Cullman Saturday.

They defeated Columbia 25-13, 25-13, Shoals Christian 25-11, 26-16 and St. Bernard 25-20, 25-18 before falling to Meek, 16-25,25-23, 12-15 in the championship game.

Leading scorers for Falkville were Emily Michelson with 44 kills, Autumn Eddy with 14 kills and Bailey Anders with eight kills. Anders also had 36 assists and 12 aces. Eddy also had 20 digs and four aces, Loren White had 11 aces, Makenzie Smith had 11 aces and Sky Engle had 12 digs.
