Max Robert Brown

Funeral for Max Robert Brown, 32, of Eva was Tues., Sept. 17, at 2 p.m. at Eva Baptist Church with Bro. Dustin Smith and the Rev. Gary Driver officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial was in Bethel Cemetery near Eva.

Mr. Brown died Sat., Sept. 14, 2013, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born August 4, 1981, in Morgan County to James Robert and Gaynell Brown of Eva. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold and Desmonee Driver and his grandfather, Robert O. Brown. He worked for UPS as a driver and a loader.

Survivors include his parents; his fiance’e, Julia Gutierrez; a son, Immanuel James Gutierrez of Eva; a brother, Joseph Micah Brown and wife Angela Roe of Eva; his grandmother, Nell Brown; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Pallbearers were Jonathan Shaddix, Johnny Eidson, Phillip Eidson, Aaron Driver, Josh Driver and Jacob Mayo.

Honorary pallbearer was Dustin Cobbs.
