SNAP gets a donation

The Decatur Benevolent Protective Order of the Elks #655 donated $1,500 to the Special Needs Accessible Playground (SNAP) of Morgan County Thursday afternoon. Chairman Jack Templeton accepts the check from exalted ruler Johnny Smith. He said the lodge pledged to donate $1,500 each year until the project was completed. The lodge sponsored a one-pitch men’s softball tournament at the Grady and Margie Long Softball Complex Friday night.
