Reeves receives ALFA scholarship

David Reeves of Morgan County received the Alabama Farmers Federation Scholarship at the Federation Scholarship Recipients Luncheon in Auburn Aug. 24.

He is a senior studying horticulture at Auburn University.

This year’s scholarships were awarded to 23 high-achieving young men and women from Alabama who are pursuing agriculture-related degrees.

The Alabama Farmers Federation, Alfa Insurance and county Farmers Federations are committed to supporting the college dreams of students studying agriculture. These organizations donate thousands of dollars each year to students across the state.
