Community revival set for Nov. 4-7

Before long, the campaign trail will cease and it will be time to vote. On Tuesday, November 6, it will be our privilege to cast our vote for the next president, along with others running for various positions and also the wet/dry vote for two local towns. So, take the time to vote.

Love and sympathy extended to my friend, Berta Wilson and her family on the loss of their mother, Mrs. Lucy Davis.

Also, to the family and friends of Randy Andrews.

Happy birthday to Tim Dodd, October 30; Emma Cook, Drew Johns, Tammy Whitten, Gina Aguado, October 31; Eldora Maples, Nov. 1.

Happy anniversary to Huey and Becky Shelton, November 1.

New Center Baptist Church will be sponsoring Operation Christmas Child. You may pick up your boxes in the foyer, along with the label, instructions and suggestions for the boxes. The goal this year is to collect 100 boxes. Contact the church for more info. You can be a special blessing to a child.

Community Revival Service, November 4-7, 6 p.m. at Bethlehem Baptist Church, along with Gum Springs, New Center and Valhermosa Springs Baptist.
