Brewer High School’s Trina Badger finished first among girls competing in the Arab Invitational cross-country meet on Sept. 29. She posted a time of 20:37.

Four of her teammates finished among the top 60 runners. They are Kasey Badger, 48th with a time of 29:15; Yolanda Luna, 52nd with a time of 30:49; Makayla Graham, 59th with at time of 35:44; and Ali Oneal, 60th with a time of 35:44.

In the boys competition, Corey Phelps paced Brewer by coming in 31st with a time of 19:30. Teammate Jarrett Oden came in 55th with a time of 21:40 while Riley Hall finished 77th with a time of 24:19.
